Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 2–3 pieces chicken drumsticks Use drumsticks for best flavor and texture.
  • 1 cup cup all-purpose flour For coating the chicken.
  • 1 tsp tsp paprika Add color and flavor.
  • 1 tsp tsp garlic powder For seasoning.
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying To be heated for frying chicken.
For the Fries
  • 2 cups fries Frozen or fresh, according to preference.
For the Coleslaw
  • 1 cup cup coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup cup mayonnaise For the dressing.
  • 1 tbsp tbsp vinegar Adds tang to the coleslaw.
  • 1 tbsp tbsp sugar Balances the flavors.
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the chicken drumsticks with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Coat them in all-purpose flour.
Frying
  1. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Add the chicken drumsticks and fry until they are golden brown and cooked through.
Cooking the Fries
  1. Fry or bake the fries according to package instructions until they are crispy and golden.
Making the Coleslaw
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the coleslaw mix with mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
Serving
  1. Serve the crispy chicken drumsticks alongside the fries and coleslaw, with ketchup on the side for dipping.

Notes

To store leftovers, place the chicken, fries, and coleslaw in separate airtight containers in the refrigerator. Reheat chicken in the oven to retain crispiness. Coleslaw is best enjoyed fresh.
