  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)

  • 1 tablespoon regular lime juice A small touch to enhance flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Make the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until the mixture holds together when pressed. Press into bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
  3. Whisk the filling: In a medium bowl, whisk sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, key lime juice, regular lime juice, and lime zest until smooth and uniform.
  4. Pour the filling into the prepared crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
Baking
  1. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, then let cool to room temperature.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
Serving
  1. Top with whipped cream before slicing. Serve chilled.

Notes

Cover tightly and refrigerate for 3–4 days. For best flavor, chill overnight. Can freeze slices for up to 1 month.
