Preparation

Assembling the Casserole
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked sausage, sautéed onions, bell peppers, and shredded cheese to the egg mixture.
- Stir until everything is well combined.
Baking
- Pour the egg mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes. The eggs should be set and the top golden brown.
- Check after 30 minutes and rotate if needed. Continue baking until done.
