Cooking
  1. Heat the sesame oil over medium heat in a large skillet until shimmering.
  2. Add the sliced chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  3. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the cooked chicken and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Stir in the broccoli florets and sliced carrots, cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes until tender.
  5. Serve the mixture over cooked rice and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
