Preparation of Fries
- Toss the cut russet potatoes in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 425°F for 35–40 minutes until golden and crispy.
Cooking the Steak
- Rub the ribeye steaks with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Let them rest for 20 minutes.
- Sear the steaks in a hot skillet for 4–5 minutes on each side.
- Add butter during the last minute of cooking.
Making the Garlic Butter Shrimp
- In another skillet, melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat and add minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
- Add shrimp, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Finish with lemon juice and chopped parsley.
Serving
- Arrange grilled ribeye steak, garlic butter shrimp, and seasoned fries on a plate.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
