Ingredients
  

Steak and Shrimp
  • 2 pieces ribeye steaks (10–12 oz each) Look for marbled meat for tenderness.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil For seasoning the steak.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter For cooking the steak.
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined Look for fresh shrimp.
  • 2 tbsp butter For garlic butter shrimp.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika For flavoring the shrimp.
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice For freshness.
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.
  • 1 1/2 lbs russet potatoes, cut into fries Firm potatoes with no blemishes.
Fries Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil For tossing with fries.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Method
 

Preparation of Fries
  1. Toss the cut russet potatoes in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake at 425°F for 35–40 minutes until golden and crispy.
Cooking the Steak
  1. Rub the ribeye steaks with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Let them rest for 20 minutes.
  2. Sear the steaks in a hot skillet for 4–5 minutes on each side.
  3. Add butter during the last minute of cooking.
Making the Garlic Butter Shrimp
  1. In another skillet, melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat and add minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
  2. Add shrimp, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  3. Finish with lemon juice and chopped parsley.
Serving
  1. Arrange grilled ribeye steak, garlic butter shrimp, and seasoned fries on a plate.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

For variations, consider marinating the steak overnight for added flavor. Avoid overcrowding fries for crispiness.
