Ingredients
  

For the Ribs
  • 1 rack pork ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce For brushing at the end
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder For seasoning the ribs

For the Sides
  • 1 cup baby potatoes Roasted
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced For the salad
  • 1/2 tomatoes, sliced For the salad
  • 1/4 onion, sliced For the salad

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rub the ribs with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to enhance the flavor.
  2. Toss the baby potatoes in olive oil and set aside.
  3. Mix cucumber, tomatoes, and onion together in a bowl for the salad.
Cooking
  1. Bake or grill the ribs low and slow for about 2-3 hours.
  2. When the ribs are nearly done, brush them with BBQ sauce for a sticky glaze.
  3. Roast the baby potatoes until golden for a crunchy texture.
