  • 1 cup French fries Use frozen fries if preferred.
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers (red, green, yellow) Chopped into strips.
  • 1/4 cup onion, sliced
Sauces and Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp oil For frying.
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • Salt & black pepper To taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Toss the beef strips with soy sauce, minced garlic, and cornstarch until well coated.
Cooking
  1. Fry or bake the French fries until they are crispy and golden brown.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over high heat, then sear the beef until it is nicely browned.
  3. Add the bell peppers, sliced onion, and oyster sauce to the pan, tossing everything together until the vegetables are slightly tender.
Serving
  1. Serve the sizzling beef stir-fry over the crispy fries for a delightful and satisfying meal.
