Ingredients
  

For the chicken
  • 2–4 pieces chicken drumsticks
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
For the fries
  • 2 cups fries
For the salad
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1/2 piece cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp sliced red onion
For serving
  • 2 tbsp mayo or dipping sauce
  • 1 tbsp ketchup

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Coat drumsticks with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Bake chicken at 400°F for 35–40 minutes until golden and slightly crispy.
  2. Bake or fry fries until crispy and golden.
Salad Preparation
  1. Toss lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion together.
Serving
  1. Serve chicken with fries, salad, and dips on the side.

Notes

Marinate the chicken for a few hours or overnight for more flavor. For crispier fries, double bake them. Experiment with different spices or herbs for varied flavors.
