Preparation
- Rinse the mixed berries and pat them dry. Slice the lemon and lime into thin rounds.
- Pick and rinse the mint leaves.
Combine Ingredients
- In a large pitcher, combine berries, lemon slices, lime slices, and mint.
- Gently press the berries 5-8 times with a wooden spoon and bruise the mint leaves lightly.
Mix Juices
- Pour in cranberry juice, orange juice, and pineapple juice. Add honey or agave syrup and stir well.
Add Soda
- Slowly add lemon-lime soda and sparkling water while stirring gently to keep bubbles.
Serve and Garnish
- Pour into glasses, adding ice if desired, and garnish with extra berries and a mint sprig.
Notes
Keep punch in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 48 hours without ice. Add soda just before serving to maintain fizz. Add fresh mint and citrus slices when warming non-carbonated juices.
