Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9x13 baking dish to prevent sticking.
- Combine rice, chicken broth, ranch seasoning, and sour cream in the dish. Stir until mixed well.
Cooking the Chicken
- Cook chicken until tender and fully cooked. You can use pre-cooked chicken or cook it fresh.
Assembling the Dish
- Place cooked chicken on top of the rice mixture in the dish.
- Add any additional vegetables or seasonings if desired.
- Bake for about 55 minutes or until the rice has absorbed the broth and is tender.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven until warm.
