  • 1 cup mini pepperoni Choose a brand that is not overly oily.
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded Use low-moisture mozzarella for best melts.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter Melted with garlic for flavor.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic preferred for better flavor.
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning Enhances the pizza flavor.
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes Adjust according to taste.
For dipping
  • 1 cup marinara sauce Heat before serving.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a bundt pan with butter or nonstick spray.
  2. In a small skillet, melt 1/4 cup unsalted butter over medium heat until it foams, then add 2 cloves minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Mixing
  1. In a large bowl, combine the biscuit dough quarters, garlic butter, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, mini pepperoni, shredded mozzarella, and grated Parmesan.
  2. Toss until all pieces are well coated.
Baking
  1. Layer the mixed dough pieces into the greased bundt pan, leaving space at the top for rising.
  2. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly; check the center with a toothpick for doneness.
Cooling and Serving
  1. Let cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
  2. Serve warm with heated marinara sauce for dipping.
