Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn kernels, mayonnaise, shredded cheese, chopped green chilies, chopped onion, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
Assembling the Casserole
  1. Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover the dish with aluminum foil to prevent the top from browning too quickly.
Baking
  1. Bake covered for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes or until browned.
