For the Steak Bites
  • 1 pound Juicy steak (cut into bites) Choose tender cuts for best results.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil (for cooking steak) Use for searing the steak.

  • to taste teaspoon Pepper For seasoning.
Toppings
  • 4 tablespoons Butter For topping the potatoes.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Scrub the potatoes clean and poke several holes in them with a fork.
  3. Rub potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Baking Potatoes
  1. Bake the potatoes for 45-60 minutes until soft when poked.
Cooking Steak
  1. While the potatoes bake, heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  2. Season steak bites with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet until browned.
Assembling
  1. Once baked, cut the potatoes open and fluff the insides with a fork.
  2. Top with butter, cooked steak bites, creamy sauce, and fresh herbs.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to a month. For reheating, bake at a low temperature.
