Ingredients

For the Sausages
  • 6 pieces smoked sausages Look for high-quality sausages without fillers.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil For brushing and enhancing flavor.
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
For the Fries
  • 4 large potatoes, cut into fries Choose firm potatoes for better crunch.
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Chopped parsley for garnish
For the Egg Salad
  • 6 pieces hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise Can substitute with Greek yogurt for a healthier option.
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Method

Preparing the Fries
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss the cut potatoes with vegetable oil, paprika, garlic powder, and salt until evenly coated.
  3. Spread them on a baking sheet without overcrowding.
  4. Bake for about 30–35 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
Making the Egg Salad
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the chopped hard-boiled eggs, halved cherry tomatoes, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Avoid over-mixing to keep some texture in the eggs.
Grilling the Sausages
  1. Brush the smoked sausages with olive oil, sprinkling with garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  2. Grill over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until well browned.
Assembling and Serving
  1. Arrange the grilled sausages, crispy fries, and creamy egg salad on a large platter.
  2. Garnish everything with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the sausages in BBQ sauce before grilling. The fries can also be soaked in cold water for 30 minutes prior to cooking for extra crispiness.
