Main Ingredients
  • 1 piece grilled chicken breast, sliced Seasoned and grilled until juicy.
  • 2 pieces boiled eggs, halved Cooked for 8–10 minutes for a firm center.
  • 1 cup romaine or mixed greens Use your preferred greens.
  • 1/2 piece cucumber, sliced Fresh and crunchy.
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes Halved for easy eating.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil To drizzle on the salad.
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • to taste paprika For seasoning the chicken.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rub chicken with spices and grill until juicy.
  2. Cook eggs for 8–10 minutes for a firm center.
  3. Slice cucumber and tomatoes and arrange over the greens.
  4. Layer greens, chicken, and eggs in a bowl.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and season to taste.

Notes

Serve immediately for the best taste. Optionally, pair with whole-grain bread or your favorite dressing. If storing leftovers, keep the dressing separate until ready to eat.
