Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss chicken wings with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
- Lay the wings out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Heat vegetable oil in a fryer or deep skillet for the fries.
- Cut and prepare the potatoes into fries.
- In a bowl, mix romaine lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and crumbled feta for the salad.
Cooking
- Bake wings for 30-35 minutes, then flip and brush with BBQ sauce for the last 10 minutes.
- Fry the potatoes until golden brown, approximately 6-8 minutes.
Serving
- Plate the wings alongside fries and Greek salad.
Notes
Store leftover wings and fries in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. For longer storage, freeze wings for up to three months.
