Ingredients
  

For the Wings
  • 2 lbs chicken wings Opt for fresh and properly stored wings.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce Use homemade for best flavor.
For the Fries
  • 4 large potatoes, cut into fries
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1 tsp salt Season immediately after frying.
For the Greek Salad
  • 3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cucumber slices
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese Use vegan feta for a plant-based version.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss chicken wings with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Lay the wings out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a fryer or deep skillet for the fries.
  5. Cut and prepare the potatoes into fries.
  6. In a bowl, mix romaine lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and crumbled feta for the salad.
Cooking
  1. Bake wings for 30-35 minutes, then flip and brush with BBQ sauce for the last 10 minutes.
  2. Fry the potatoes until golden brown, approximately 6-8 minutes.
Serving
  1. Plate the wings alongside fries and Greek salad.

Notes

Store leftover wings and fries in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. For longer storage, freeze wings for up to three months.
