For the steak
  • 300 g beef steak, cubed Tender cuts like sirloin or ribeye work best.
  • 1 tsp dried herbs Add more herbs or spices for additional flavor.
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
For cooking
  • 2 tbsp butter Can substitute with olive oil or plant-based butter.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
For the fries
  • 2 cups French fries Use frozen fries for quick preparation or make your own.

Method

Preparation
  1. Season the steak by tossing the cubes with salt, pepper, and dried herbs.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the steak until browned and juicy.
  2. Add butter and garlic to the pan, stirring to coat the steak in the buttery glaze.
  3. Prepare the French fries by frying or baking them until crispy and golden.
Serving
  1. Serve the steak bites hot from the pan alongside the crispy fries.

Notes

For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat in a skillet over medium heat to maintain crispiness. Avoid using a microwave as it can make the fries soggy.
