Ingredients
  

For the Steak Bites
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cubed Choose high-quality steak for better flavor.
  • 3 tbsp butter Unsalted butter is preferred.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil For searing the steak.
  • to taste Salt & black pepper Season to preference.
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
For the Loaded Fries
  • 3 cups fries Frozen or fresh, cooked until golden.
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan Optional for additional flavor.
  • 1 tsp dried parsley For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Toss the cubed steak with salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cooking
  1. Sear the steak cubes until browned.
  2. Lower the heat and add butter and minced garlic to the pan.
  3. Toss the steak to coat it in the buttery garlic mixture.
  4. Meanwhile, bake or fry the fries until they are golden.
  5. Once done, sprinkle fries with grated parmesan.
Serving
  1. Serve the garlic butter steak bites over or beside the fries, and garnish with dried parsley.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge. Steak is best eaten within 3-4 days; fries should be consumed within 2-3 days. Reheat in the oven or skillet to maintain crispiness.
