Ingredients
  

For the Steak
  • 300 g beef steak, cut into strips Tender cuts like sirloin or ribeye work well.
  • 2 tbsp butter For searing the steak.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Adds rich flavor.
  • Salt to taste Salt & pepper to taste Adjust according to preference.
  • 1 tsp paprika For added flavor.
For the Veggies
  • 1/2 piece onion, sliced To sauté with the steak.
  • 1/2 piece bell pepper, sliced For sweetness and color.
  • 1 cup lettuce For serving.
  • 1/2 piece cucumber, sliced For freshness.
  • as needed cherry tomatoes For garnish.
For the Fries
  • 2 medium potatoes, cut into fries Can be fried or baked.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil For drizzling on the salad.
  • as needed vinegar For drizzling on the salad.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice the steak and chop the vegetables to speed up the cooking process.
Cooking the Fries
  1. Fry or bake the potatoes until golden and crispy.
Cooking the Steak
  1. Heat butter in a pan, add minced garlic, and then sear the steak strips until they turn brown.
Sautéing the Veggies
  1. Toss in the onions and bell peppers, cooking until they are soft and slightly caramelized.
Serving
  1. Plate the steak with the crispy fries and a fresh salad made from lettuce, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes.
  2. Drizzle some olive oil and vinegar over the salad to enhance the flavor.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently to avoid drying out the steak and re-crisp the fries in an oven.
