For the crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted Use real unsalted butter for richer taste.
For the filling
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk Use high-quality condensed milk for consistent sweetness.
  • 1 cup chocolate chips Use good-quality chocolate chips.
  • 1 cup shredded coconut Opt for unsweetened shredded coconut.
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans) Toast lightly before chopping for extra depth.
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows Essential for texture and color.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan well.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust, making sure to spread it thinly.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips, shredded coconut, chopped nuts, and mini marshmallows evenly across the top.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until edges are golden and marshmallows show light browning.
  6. Allow the pan to cool completely on a wire rack before cutting.

Notes

Store bars in an airtight container for up to 5 days. For freezing, wrap bars individually and freeze for up to 3 months. Microwave or reheat in an oven for warm servings.
