  • 2 tbsp chopped chives For garnish
  • 6 large eggs Fresh eggs should feel heavy with clean, uncracked shells.
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp milk Substitute with dairy-free milk if necessary.
For the Potatoes

  • 1/2 red bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
For the Cinnamon Rolls
  • 2 prepared cinnamon rolls Follow package directions for preparation.
  • vanilla icing For topping the rolls.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  2. While the potatoes bake, prepare the cinnamon rolls according to package directions, drizzling with icing after removing from the oven.
Cooking the Steak and Eggs
  1. Season the steak with garlic powder, salt, and pepper just before cooking. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add your steak, searing for 3–5 minutes on each side until caramelized.
  2. Whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl. In another skillet on medium-low, melt the butter and pour in the egg mixture, stirring gently until softly set and creamy.
Serving
  1. Slice the steak and plate alongside the scrambled eggs, crispy breakfast potatoes, and warm cinnamon rolls. Garnish with fresh chives.

Notes

For variations, consider adding jalapeños for spice or switching steak for chicken or mushrooms for dietary preferences.
