- In a large mixing bowl, combine the beef cubes with olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread the marinated beef cubes onto the soaked skewers.
Cooking
- In a frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add in the potato fries and fry until golden brown and crispy, around 5-7 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the beef skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
Serving
- Once everything is cooked, serve the crispy skewers alongside the golden fries. Top with shredded lettuce, tomato slices, and thinly sliced red onion.
