Ingredients
  

For the Beef Skewers
  • 2 lbs beef sirloin, cut into cubes Choose marbled cuts for tenderness.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil Consider flavored olive oils for added taste.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 6 pieces wooden skewers, soaked in water
For the Fries
  • 4 large potatoes, cut into fries Consider sweet potatoes for a gluten-free option.
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
For the Garden Salad
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce Use fresh, crisp lettuce.
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced Opt for vibrant tomatoes.
  • 1/2 large red onion, thinly sliced

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the beef cubes with olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Thread the marinated beef cubes onto the soaked skewers.
Cooking
  1. In a frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add in the potato fries and fry until golden brown and crispy, around 5-7 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the beef skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
Serving
  1. Once everything is cooked, serve the crispy skewers alongside the golden fries. Top with shredded lettuce, tomato slices, and thinly sliced red onion.

Notes
