  • 8–10 wings chicken wings Use fresh or thawed wings.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil For seasoning the wings.
  • 1 tsp paprika For adding flavor and color.
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder For seasoning.
  • Salt & pepper to taste
For the Fries and Salad
  • 2 medium potatoes, cut into fries Choose firm potatoes for best results.
  • 1 cup lettuce Rinsed and chopped.
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, halved Fresh, for a sweet touch.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil For salad dressing.
  • lemon juice To taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat oil for frying.
  2. Toss the wings with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Bake or fry the wings until they are golden brown and crispy.
  2. Meanwhile, fry or bake the potato wedges until they are golden brown and crunchy.
Salad Preparation
  1. In a bowl, toss together the lettuce, cucumber, and strawberries with olive oil and lemon juice.
Serving
  1. Plate the crispy wings, fries, and fresh salad together.

Notes

For extra crunch on the wings, pat them dry before seasoning. Adjust seasonings based on taste preferences. Try baking fries for a healthier option. Garnish with herbs or lemon slices if desired.
