Ingredients

  • 3–4 pieces chicken drumsticks Use skin-on for crispy texture.
  • 2 cups frozen or fresh fries Follow package directions for best results.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil Use for seasoning the chicken and salad.
  • 1 tsp paprika For seasoning the chicken.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder For seasoning the chicken.
  • Salt & black pepper To taste.
For the Salad
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped Provides crunch.
  • 1/2 piece cucumber, diced Add freshness.
  • 1/2 piece tomato, diced For color and taste.
Dipping Sauces
  • 2 pieces dipping sauces (ketchup & gravy or your favorite) Add for extra flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Coat drumsticks with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Bake or air-fry at 400°F for 35–40 minutes until golden and crispy.
  2. Cook fries according to package directions or fry until golden and crisp.
Salad Preparation
  1. Toss lettuce, cucumber, and tomato with a pinch of salt and olive oil.
Serving
  1. Serve chicken with fries, salad, and dipping sauces on the side.

Notes

For extra crunch, marinate the chicken overnight. Use fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme for added flavor. For extra crispy fries, double-fry them. Store leftovers in airtight containers for up to 3 days.
