Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 6 pieces chicken drumsticks Skin-on for extra crispiness.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil For coating.
  • 1 tsp paprika Adds flavor and color.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley Can substitute with fresh herbs.
For the Fries and Salad
  • 3 cups frozen or fresh fries Follow package instructions if using frozen.
  • 1 cup mixed salad Includes lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and red onion.
  • 2 pieces dipping sauces (ketchup & honey mustard) For serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the drumsticks with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
Cooking
  1. Roast the drumsticks in the oven for 35–40 minutes, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.
  2. Bake or fry the fries according to package instructions until golden and crispy.
  3. Prepare the salad by tossing together the lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and red onion.
Serving
  1. Arrange the roasted drumsticks on a plate with fries, salad, and serve with dipping sauces.

Notes

For extra crunch, you can coat the drumsticks in breadcrumbs or crushed cornflakes before baking. Marinating the chicken in the seasoning for a few hours or overnight enhances the flavor.
