  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper To taste.
  • 1 tsp Paprika For warm, smoky flavor.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into thick slices (3/4- to 1-inch) to form 'steaks'.
  3. In a bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, paprika, and salt.
Cooking
  1. Drizzle olive oil over the cauliflower steaks and rub the spice mixture onto both sides.
  2. Place the cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are not crowded.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Serve warm, optionally drizzling with extra oil or lemon juice.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container with a paper towel. For best results, reheat in the oven. Works well as a main or side dish.
