  • 1 loaf loaf of bread, cubed Use day-old bread for best results.
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved Pick ripe and firm cherry tomatoes.
  • 1 cup cheese (mozzarella or cheddar), cubed Fresh mozzarella or young cheddar are recommended.
Seasoning and Oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic herb seasoning Enhances flavors.
  • to taste Olive oil Use extra virgin for the best flavor.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Season to preference.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cubed bread, cherry tomatoes, and cheese.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic herb seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it out in a single layer.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and crispy.
  2. Serve warm, drizzled with the sauce made from the roasted juices.

Notes
