Method
Prepare the Popcorn
- Prepare the popcorn according to package instructions and let it cool.
Mix the Ingredients
- In a large bowl, combine the popcorn, pretzels, chocolate eggs, candy corn, M&M's, and white chocolate chips.
Melt the White Chocolate
- Melt the white chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler. Drizzle over the snack mix and stir to combine.
Add Sprinkles
- If desired, add sprinkles for extra color.
Set the Mix
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to let the chocolate set.
Serve
- Once the chocolate is set, break into pieces and serve in bowls or package as gifts.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days at room temperature. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for up to 2 months. Refresh crunch in the oven if needed.
