  • 1 1/2 tbsp Cocoa powder Unsweetened for true chocolate flavor
  • 2 tsp Maple syrup Natural sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence For flavor enhancement
  • 1 pinch Salt To balance sweetness
Fruit and Toppings
  • 1 medium Banana Sliced for sweetness and texture
  • 1 cup Berries Fresh or thawed from frozen
  • 1 cup Granola Low sugar preferred
  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter Smooth, no-sugar-added for clean flavor
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds For added fiber
  • 2 tbsp Hemp seeds For texture and nutrition

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine yogurt, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla essence. Stir until smooth.
  2. Slice the banana and mix it into the yogurt mixture.
  3. Layer the yogurt mixture in serving bowls.
  4. Top with berries, granola, peanut butter, chocolate chips, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and nuts.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy dessert bowl!
