  • 1 cup beef cubes or steak bites Use tender cuts like flank steak or sirloin for the best texture.
  • 1 cup cooked rice Using day-old rice is preferable for better frying.
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cabbage) Feel free to customize with any vegetables you have.
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce Use gluten-free soy sauce if needed.
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce Use gluten-free oyster sauce for a gluten-free version.
  • 1 tbsp oil Preferred oil for searing.
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 piece egg (optional) Skip for a lighter or egg-free dish.
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Sear beef in a hot pan with oil until browned and juicy.
  2. Add garlic and vegetables, cooking until they are crisp-tender.
  3. Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, tossing well to coat.
  4. Stir-fry rice with egg and a splash of soy sauce until lightly golden.
  5. Serve beef, veggies, and fried rice together hot.

Notes

Serve warm with sesame seeds or green onions for extra flavor. Pairs well with soy or chili sauce.
