- Arrange the coated salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Making the Sauce
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha if using.
Serving
- Plate the salmon bites with lime wedges on the side and serve.
Notes
For more flavor, add fresh herbs to the breadcrumb mix. To reheat, place in air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes.
