No Bake Mini Banana Cream Pies

Delicious mini banana cream pies made without baking, perfect for warm days and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1 box (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of mini dessert cups to form a crust.
  2. In another bowl, prepare the vanilla pudding mix with milk according to the package instructions.
  3. Once the pudding has thickened, layer slices of banana on top of the crust, followed by a layer of pudding.
  4. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate shavings if desired.
  5. Refrigerate until set, then serve chilled.

Notes

Press the graham cracker crust firmly and use fresh whipped cream for best results. Customize with different pudding flavors as desired.
