Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the melted butter with both the brown and granulated sugar until well combined.
- Crack in the eggs and pour in the vanilla extract, mixing until your batter is smooth and glossy.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet one, mixing until just combined—don’t overmix!
- Gently fold in the luscious white chocolate chips for that sweet surprise in every bite.
- Pour the batter into your prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
- Let the brownies cool in the pan before cutting them into delicious squares.
Notes
Use room temperature eggs and warm butter to mix the sugars better. Avoid overmixing the flour to prevent tough bars. You can add nuts or swap the white chocolate chips for different types for added flavor.
