- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup Caramel sauce, store-bought or homemade
- 2 1/4 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 3/4 cup Brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup Chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
- 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup unsalted Butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the butter mixture and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spaced evenly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Allow cookies to cool slightly before drizzling with caramel sauce and letting it set. Enjoy your cookies!
Notes
For a salted caramel twist, sprinkle sea salt on top of the caramel drizzle. Store cookies in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze for three months.
