Turkey Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • Optional: diced vegetables (peas, carrots), chopped herbs (parsley, thyme), crushed crackers or crispy fried onions for topping

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cooked noodles, shredded turkey, and cream of chicken soup until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  4. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the casserole for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

For a creamier casserole, cover with foil while baking. Customize with your favorite vegetables and herbs for added flavor.
