The Best Salted Caramel Pretzel Bark

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Sea salt
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 4 cups Pretzel
  • 1 cup Butter, unsalted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and butter. Cook over medium heat until the mixture reaches a boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Once boiling, let it simmer for 3-4 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract and sea salt.
  4. Place pretzels in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Pour the caramel mixture over the pretzels, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips over the top.
  6. Let it sit for a few minutes until the chocolate chips are melted, then spread the chocolate evenly over the caramel pretzels.
  7. Allow to cool completely, then break into pieces and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer storage, refrigerate but bring to room temperature before serving.
