Thanksgiving Leftover Stuffing Balls

A delicious way to use up leftover Thanksgiving stuffing and turkey in crispy, golden bites.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups leftover stuffing
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the leftover stuffing, shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, cheese, and egg. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into balls, about 1-2 inches in diameter.
  3. Roll each ball in breadcrumbs until coated.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the stuffing balls until golden brown and crispy, turning occasionally, about 4-5 minutes.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy your festive snack!

Notes

Serve with extra cranberry sauce on the side for dipping. These can also be baked instead of fried if preferred.
