Ingredients

- 2 cups leftover stuffing
- 1/2 cup cooked turkey, shredded
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the leftover stuffing, shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, cheese, and egg. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into balls, about 1-2 inches in diameter.
- Roll each ball in breadcrumbs until coated.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the stuffing balls until golden brown and crispy, turning occasionally, about 4-5 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm and enjoy your festive snack!
Notes
Serve with extra cranberry sauce on the side for dipping. These can also be baked instead of fried if preferred.
