Ingredients
Scale
- 12 pieces Potstickers (homemade or frozen)
- 4 cups Chicken or Vegetable Broth
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger (minced)
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 can Coconut Milk
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/4 cup Cilantro (chopped)
- 1/4 cup Green Onions (sliced)
Instructions
- Heat a medium pot over medium heat. Add a splash of oil if potstickers are raw and need frying.
- Add minced ginger and garlic. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in 4 cups of broth and bring to a gentle boil.
- Add potstickers and cook until they float and are heated through (about 5–7 minutes).
- Reduce heat to low, stir in coconut milk, soy sauce, and lime juice. Warm gently, avoiding hard boiling.
- Adjust salt or lime to taste.
- Off heat, stir in chopped cilantro and sliced green onions. Serve hot.
Notes
Use good broth for better flavor. Add lime juice at the end for brightness.
