  • 4 Chicken breasts, boneless skinless
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 1 Onion, small
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 2 tbsp Parsley, fresh
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and mushrooms, and sauté until they are softened and lightly browned.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked, top each piece with the sautéed onions and mushrooms.
  5. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the top and let it melt.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken breasts in spices and olive oil for a few hours or overnight. Use fresh ingredients for the best taste.
