- 4 Chicken breasts, boneless skinless
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 cup Mushrooms
- 1 Onion, small
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 2 tbsp Parsley, fresh
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and mushrooms, and sauté until they are softened and lightly browned.
- Once the chicken is cooked, top each piece with the sautéed onions and mushrooms.
- Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the top and let it melt.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken breasts in spices and olive oil for a few hours or overnight. Use fresh ingredients for the best taste.
