Ingredients
Scale
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Once done, remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
- Add the remaining butter to the skillet and let it melt.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until it’s melted and perfectly combined.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with that luscious buttery cheese mixture.
- Let it cook for an additional 2-3 minutes before serving.
Notes
Pound the chicken to even thickness for even cooking. Use fresh grated Parmesan for best taste. For extra garlic flavor, add minced garlic when melting the remaining butter.
