- 1/4 cup Bacon bits
- 2 cups Pork rinds
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 3 Jalapenos
- 1/4 tsp Onion powder
- 2 large Eggs
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 1 tbsp Heavy cream
- 2 cups Monterey jack cheese, grated
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, heavy cream, bacon bits, garlic powder, onion powder, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
- Fill each jalapeno half with the cream cheese mixture.
- Crush the pork rinds and sprinkle them over the filled jalapenos.
- Top with grated Monterey jack cheese.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with ranch or sour cream for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the refrigerator.
