- 4 Chicken thighs, bone-in skin-on
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 2 Navel oranges, large
- 1 tbsp Thyme, fresh
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Orange juice, fresh
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, honey, soy sauce, garlic, orange juice, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated.
- Slice the navel oranges and arrange them on top of the chicken.
- Roast in the oven for about 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
- Serve with the roasted oranges and spoon the pan juices over the top.
Notes
For best flavor, use fresh orange juice and consider marinating the chicken overnight.
