Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash the sweet potatoes under cold water and pat them dry.
  3. Cut the sweet potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
  4. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato cubes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika until they are well-coated.
  5. Spread the sweet potatoes evenly on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until they are tender and slightly crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  7. Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Add any optional toppings if desired.

Notes

For added flavor, try garlic powder or onion powder. Experiment with spices like cinnamon or chili powder for a unique taste.
