Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash the sweet potatoes under cold water and pat them dry.
- Cut the sweet potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato cubes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika until they are well-coated.
- Spread the sweet potatoes evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until they are tender and slightly crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Add any optional toppings if desired.
Notes
For added flavor, try garlic powder or onion powder. Experiment with spices like cinnamon or chili powder for a unique taste.
