- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Mini chocolate morsels
- 1/2 cup Confectioners’ sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Salted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup Toffee pieces
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and confectioners’ sugar until smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
- Gradually add the flour, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate morsels and toffee pieces.
- Roll the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Flatten each ball slightly with the back of a fork.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
Notes
For chewier cookies, slightly underbake them. Experiment with different chocolate types or nuts for added flavor.
