- 8 oz noodles (e.g., egg noodles or spaghetti)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup steak, sliced (sirloin or ribeye)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the pan and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes. Remove shrimp and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the sliced steak and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Return the shrimp to the pan and pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Mix well.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss to combine.
- Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
Use fresh shrimp and quality steak for the best flavor. Adjust the level of garlic to your taste. Add more red pepper flakes for extra heat if desired.
