Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Add in the granulated sugar, and beat until fluffy.
- Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped strawberries and white chocolate chips if using.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Use room temperature ingredients for a smoother dough and ensure you pat strawberries dry to avoid extra moisture.
