Ingredients

- 1 lb Sausage
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup Chicken broth
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 12 oz Pasta
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sausages and cook until they brown on all sides.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for one more minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth, honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar and stir to combine.
- Add the pasta and red pepper flakes, mixing to ensure the pasta is covered by liquid.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente, about 10–12 minutes, adding more broth if needed.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Stir in the butter until melted and the sauce is glossy.
- Finish with chopped fresh parsley and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
Serve hot from the skillet with extra Parmesan on top. Great paired with a side salad or steamed veggies.
