A quick and easy one-pan meal featuring sausage, garlic, and pasta coated in a sticky honey garlic sauce.

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Sausage
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 12 oz Pasta
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sausages and cook until they brown on all sides.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for one more minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth, honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar and stir to combine.
  5. Add the pasta and red pepper flakes, mixing to ensure the pasta is covered by liquid.
  6. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente, about 10–12 minutes, adding more broth if needed.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  8. Stir in the butter until melted and the sauce is glossy.
  9. Finish with chopped fresh parsley and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.

Notes

Serve hot from the skillet with extra Parmesan on top. Great paired with a side salad or steamed veggies.
