- 200g chicken breast, sliced
- 200g egg noodles
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce and honey, then pour over the chicken.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together until well-coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding a splash of sesame oil at the end. You can also include vegetables or substitute chicken with beef or shrimp.
