St. Patrick’s Day Green Shake Pudding Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup of whipped cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon of mint extract
  • Green food coloring
  • Crushed graham crackers (for the dirt layer)
  • Chocolate coins or shamrock candies (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the milk and vanilla pudding mix. Whisk them together until smooth.
  2. Stir in the mint extract and a few drops of green food coloring to get a bright green color that you like.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream carefully to keep the mixture light and fluffy.
  4. Take cups or small glasses and add a layer of crushed graham crackers to the bottom.
  5. Spoon the green pudding mixture on top of the graham crackers, filling the cups.
  6. Add another layer of crushed graham crackers on top.
  7. Decorate with chocolate coins or shamrock candies for a festive touch.
  8. Refrigerate for about an hour before serving to allow the pudding to set.

Notes

Use full-fat milk for creamier pudding. Adjust the green food coloring to your liking. Try different decorations for variety.
