- 1 package (3.4 oz) of instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 cup of whipped cream

- Green food coloring

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the milk and vanilla pudding mix. Whisk them together until smooth.
- Stir in the mint extract and a few drops of green food coloring to get a bright green color that you like.
- Fold in the whipped cream carefully to keep the mixture light and fluffy.
- Take cups or small glasses and add a layer of crushed graham crackers to the bottom.
- Spoon the green pudding mixture on top of the graham crackers, filling the cups.
- Add another layer of crushed graham crackers on top.
- Decorate with chocolate coins or shamrock candies for a festive touch.
- Refrigerate for about an hour before serving to allow the pudding to set.
Notes
Use full-fat milk for creamier pudding. Adjust the green food coloring to your liking. Try different decorations for variety.
