- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for cooking
- 4 burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato slices, or extra cheese
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients: ground chicken, chopped spinach, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into burger patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
- Serve the cooked patties on burger buns with optional toppings.
Notes
For a spicy kick, consider adding chopped jalapeños or hot sauce. You can also grill the patties for a smoky flavor.
